Clarity is a private, six-hour one-to-one experience led by Lee Cuddis, founder of Ancient Voices and shamanic practitioner with over 10 years in the wellbeing field. Held in a traditional Mongolian Yurt in West Sussex, it blends mindfulness with shamanic practices including guided journeying, drumming, and nature connection to help you reconnect with what truly matters.

Through six gently structured parts, Lee guides you from the noise of everyday life to a deeper place of inner knowing. You will explore what is holding you back, access your own subconscious wisdom, and leave with a personal clarity roadmap and practical next steps.

A light lunch is included. No experience is needed. Just a willingness to slow down and listen.

This is the heart of the experience. Using the rhythm of the drum, Lee guides you into a deep meditative journey designed to move beyond the analytical mind and into a place of deeper knowing. Here you may encounter a guide, a power animal, or a symbolic messenger carrying wisdom specifically for you. What arises is unique to each person. Afterwards, you will explore the symbols and insights that emerged, through conversation, journalling, and quiet reflection, drawing out the practical guidance your inner world has been waiting to offer.

Your Guide

I've spent over 10 years working in the wellbeing field, and in that time one thing has become clear to me: most people don't lack direction because they haven't thought hard enough. They lack it because they haven't had the space to truly listen.


When I began my shamanic training through a three-year initiatory programme with Second Sight Healing, I discovered that the answers we search for are rarely found by pushing harder. They emerge when we slow down, turn inward, and create the conditions for something deeper to speak.


Clarity grew from that understanding. I've been guiding people through transformation with Ancient Voices since 2011, and this is the experience I return to again and again, because when someone finally hears themselves clearly, everything else begins to shift.
